Summary: This chapter presents the arguments and opportunities that could arise from an acceptance of the Neutrality Initiative. The supporters -- in particular the association Pro Schweiz and the SVP -- see the constitutional anchoring as strengthening the Good Offices, sovereignty and democratic legitimation.
