Mechanics

Nextcloud (Hub 24/30) bietet Files, Mail, Calendar, Contacts, Talk, Office-Integration via Collabora; LDAP/SAML-Anbindung. Collabora Online ist LibreOffice-as-Server for gemeinsame Bearbeitung. Paperless-ngx verwaltet gescannte Dokumente mit OCR and Volltext-Suche. Proton Mail/Drive/Calendar sind Schweizer E2E-verschlüsselte SaaS-Dienste. Threema ist Schweizer Messenger mit eigenen Servern. Infomaniak (Schweiz) hostet Nextcloud-Instanzen.

Integration: Nextcloud als Zentrum, Proton or Mailcow als Mail-Backend, Collabora for Office, Paperless for DMS. Authentifizierung via LLDAP/Keycloak.

What this means for Switzerland

Schweizer Beispiele for Komplett-migrationen sind dokumentiert: einzelne Gemeinden, KMU, Anwaltskanzleien, Arztpraxen. Die federal administration evaluiert Nextcloud (Pilotprojekte 2024); operativer Vollausbau steht aus. Logical conclusion

Der sovereign Stack ist technisch reif and betrieblich erprobt. Die migration kostet Geld and Zeit, but sie ist machbar. Die Frage ist politisch — wer entscheidet, dass die sovereignty es wert ist.
